Since the beginning of her professional career, she has seen HR as a major communication task. For many years she was team manager for social media & digital communications and communications manager for personnel marketing & employer branding at Wien Energie. Since 2018 she is coaching young professionals regarding career, high performamce and personal growth and offers potential-focused spaces for reflexion. With her communication and personnel and organizational development knowledge, she has been supporting the identifire® team as a junior partner since summer 2020. In addition to employer branding, her passion lies particularly in employee experience design. She supports companies in creating unique work experiences and “moments that matter” along the whole employee lifecycle and phases of life.
