As a Brand Consultant and Employer Branding Expert, Ralf Tometschek sees the brand as a compass embodying a set of values that aligns with the strategy and corporate culture. Focus: developing employees to become brand ambassadors, so that the brand radiates from within and also appeals as an employer brand. After 15 years working in advertising as a Creative Strategist, he co-founded wortwelt® in 2001 and, in 2004, IDENTITÄTER® – two consultancy brands that are synonymous with brand language and employer branding in Austria today. He brings a wealth of experience gleaned from around 30 years spent in brand development. His motto: brand creates clarity; clarity brings energy.
