AI & Culture
Culture makes the difference between fear and excitement
AI makes us faster. Smarter. More productive. And sometimes a little nervous, too. Not because it is bad – but because it can suddenly do things that used to belong to us.
How do collaboration, leadership and responsibility change when everyone suddenly has a highly intelligent assistant by their side? Because introducing AI is a technology project. But working well with AI is a matter of culture.
This is exactly where our formats come in.
CEO-Private Session

For everyone who doesn’t need to operate AI. But needs to lead with it.
“I don’t work with SAP either.” We often hear this from executives. And that’s true. You don’t need to know every button. But you should understand how a technology changes decisions, collaboration and business models before setting efficiency targets for your department leaders.
In 90 minutes, you will experience AI not as a tool, but as a new counterpart: fast, impressive, sometimes surprisingly wrong. And always dependent on good leadership.
We explore questions such as:
→ What will AI really change in our organisation?
→ Which opportunities are we currently overlooking?
→ What risks does it create for culture and leadership?
→ How can I use AI for leadership topics?
→ Which decisions should remain in human hands?
Format: 90 minutes | 1:1 or executive team session
Welcome Ada

The onboarding for your new team member: AI
No one would hire a new colleague, give her access to all information and say: “Just get started.” Yet this is exactly what happens with AI. In this workshop, we consciously welcome Ada into the team: an AI as a new colleague who knows an incredible amount, works extremely fast – but does not yet understand your organisation or know your ways of working.
Together, we develop the rules for successful collaboration:
→ What should AI take over in our organisation?
→ What context does it need?
→ How do we brief and review its work?
→ Where do we consciously want to remain human?
Format: ½ day | Team workshop
Become an AI Leader

Using AI means taking the lead..
In the past, delegation was a leadership task. Today, everyone who writes a prompt is doing it. Because AI needs exactly what good employees need: clear tasks, context, feedback and someone who takes responsibility.
In this training, employees learn how to step into their new role:
→ Give better instructions
→ Evaluate results
→ Ask critical questions
→ Improve AI instead of just using it
→ Take responsibility for the output
Format: 3 × 2 hours | Training
