General Terms and Conditions of Business

Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between customers and the identifire partners Axel Ebert, Anif, Monika Kriwan, Vienna, Karin Krobath, Vienna and Irmgard Zirkler, Vienna (hereinafter referred to as identifire).

Other terms and conditions are only valid if identifire recognises them in writing.

Fees, payment and retention of title

• The fee includes the preparation of the defined service including a correction stage. Expenses shall be borne by the customer (e.g. quantity copies, etc.).
• Payment: identifire receives the first half of the total fee at the beginning of the project, the second half will be charged at the end of the project. You pay immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction. In the event of late payment, we will charge standard bank interest.
• The work carried out remains the property of identifire until the fee has been paid in full.
• We grant the commissioning company the rights of use to our work exclusively for use within the scope of the commissioned project.

Cancellation conditions

If you cancel an order or part of an order, we will charge

• 50% of the order amount for cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start of work
• 100% of the order amount for cancellations within 2 weeks before the start of work.
